Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please send a video proof of the issue along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp number: +91 86862 32070.
Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements, depending on the nature of the return. Each case will be carefully reviewed and resolved accordingly. Applicable for Both Retail & Bulk Orders Returns are allowed for both small quantity (retail) and bulk orders. For bulk orders, the buyer is responsible for transport charges unless the issue is due to damage or a mistake on our part.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a damaged product, wrong item, or manufacturing defect, Anumala® will cover the return shipping.

We accept returns for any reason, including: Damaged items, Wrong product delivered, Product not as described, Change of mind (return shipping at customer’s expense)
